Prof. Dr. Jochen Lüdicke

Supervisory Board Chairman

Jochen Lüdicke is co-founder and managing director of Lüdicke & Kollegen law firm and co-founder and head of Supervisory Board of Huth & Lüdicke Financial Services AG. He primarily advises family entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and financial service providers and is active in tax court proceedings. 

From 1983 to 1992 Jochen had been with Peat Marwick in the Frankfurt and Munich office, where he left as partner. From 1993 until his retirement in 2020 he has been Partner in Bruckhaus Westrick Stegemann (merged into Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer) and chaired the family-owned Businesses Sector Group.​

His particular areas of expertise are succession planning, capital investments, corporate finance and tax proceedings before German and European courts.​

Jochen Lüdicke is honorary professor of tax law at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf, President of the German Association of Tax Advisors and active as a specialist author and speaker on relevant issues of tax law.​
